Grace Jean Lawther, an 18-year-old from the Scottish Disability Sport’s Young Persons Sport Panel, attended the Europe in Action 2024 Conference. The event, held in Glasgow, featured workshops on disability inclusion and advocacy, which inspired Grace to further her mission of making sports more accessible for disabled individuals. Through networking and learning from self-advocates across Europe, she was motivated to continue pushing for greater inclusivity and support in sports and beyond.
