Incentive for funding

The motivation of this project is to bring a change and pave the way for the right to work for the disabled.
Progress towards inclusive employment faces many obstacles, such as:
– Negative attitudes of employers.
– Lack of skills of people with mental disabilities.
– Lack of information about employment opportunities.
– Lack of appropriate adjustments in the workplace.
– Insufficient incentives and programs to promote inclusive employment.
