The publication date of the Toolkit for the promotion of employment of people with intellectual disabilities of the INCLUJOBS project is getting closer.
That is why we want to give you more details about the material it will include. This Toolkit is composed of three resources:
– Simulation Activity for Interviews Training. An activity guide designed to help professionals in the world of intellectual disabilities to better understand the needs and more effectively assist people with ID in the process of conducting job interviews. It includes practical insights and tools to effectively support and empower individuals as they navigate the interview process.
– A total of 19 job descriptions, in an accessible and easy-to-read format, with representative images, will help people with intellectual disabilities to better understand 19 occupations and their most representative tasks. The professions are related to the manufacturing, tourism and technology sectors.
– Based on the job descriptions, we are finalising the creation of a board game, which will have a total of 129 cards with job descriptions and tasks, and their corresponding images; with the aim of, in a playful way, reinforcing the knowledge acquired with the job descriptions.
These materials will soon be available in English, Italian, German, Greek and Spanish on our project website.
